Our mission is to provide all women and girls an opportunity to acquire physical combat skills, mental toughness and personal growth in a supportive community through our regular classes and special workshops.
Empower MASD is a one-of-a-kind training center, more fully, it is a community and provides much more than physical training. Courses that add to all facets of self-development will be offered.
There are no skill or fitness level requirements, all are welcome! We are dedicated to guiding you toward the warrior mindset necessary to navigate the world with confidence and courage. So, whether you have trained before or have not yet begun to tap into your warrior nature this is the place for you.
